Hi
You may remember one of our members Gary was killed by a Farmer, when his vehicle overturned and crushed him, sadly to say the Court found him not guilty of the charges against him, We in the VRCC UK are disgusted by this verdict, clearly its ok to chase and run down bikers here in the UK, link attached, Ride Safe my friends when in the UK!  http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-17198054 Joindre un fichier:  489_4ccea5519951c.jpg (56.73 KB)

Such a bad news...
I read the link you gave, the decision is really surprising, and obviously disgusting ! I suppose that you (family) will contest this judgement ? As you said, biker chase is open and fully authorized

Could you (or the family) dispute this decision of justice? it adorned me strongly inequitable. It seems that your justice is as our government: not decided to protect the motorcyclists.

Yes, I understand the verdict can be appealed against or a private prosecution can be taken with, this is something Gary's family will consider and maybe take action, our thoughts are with Carol at the moment.
